Terms of Service

1. Service

Parsify Technologies ("we", "us") provides a hosted Discord music bot service. Each subscription includes a private bot instance deployed to your Discord server.

2. Account

You must have a Discord account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord bot token and account credentials.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; your bot instance will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to violate Discord's Terms of Service, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any unlawful activity.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your bot instance and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
