Terms of Service

1. Service
Antoni Kępiński, trading as Parsify Technologies (Heubnerweg 11A, 14059 Berlin, Germany; "we", "us") provides a hosted Discord music bot service. Each subscription includes a private bot instance deployed to your Discord server.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have a Discord account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord bot token and account credentials.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; your bot instance will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to inquiries@parsify.eu. Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate Discord's Terms of Service, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the bot software and service remain with us. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your account for breach of these terms with reasonable notice. If we terminate without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining billing period. Upon termination, your bot instance and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for slight negligence is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, except for breaches of material contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten). This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
