  • Discord account data: User ID, username, and avatar (obtained via Discord OAuth2 during login)
  • Payment data: Email address and payment information (processed and stored by LemonSqueezy)
  • Bot configuration: Discord bot token and server IDs you provide during setup

  • To provide and maintain the hosted bot service
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To communicate with you about your account

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services which may process your data:

  • Discord – Authentication and bot operation
  • LemonSqueezy – Payment processing
  • Fly.io – Bot instance hosting
  • Cloudflare – Website and dashboard hosting
  • Sentry – Error monitoring

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, your bot instance and configuration are deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.
